SK Square conducts an annual risk assessment* of its headquarters building to proactively identify hazardous and risk factors and implement necessary improvements and preventive measures. Assessment items are categorized into general, electrical/fire safety, office-specific, and other areas. Employee
Health Management

SK Square operates welfare programs to prevent occupational diseases and improve employee health through physical and mental care. In particular, we identify potential risks for office workers, provide regular health checkups, mental health care, and musculoskeletal disease prevention programs, taking into account the working characteristics of employees who work long hours on desk. Members' health and safety performance is managed by reflecting the overall executive compensation through the company-wide ESG KPIs.

Employee Health Management Policy

  • The company regularly conducts health examinations for its employees according to the Occupational Safety and Health Act to prevent diseases or to detect and treat them early.
  • If the company deems it necessary to maintain the health of the worker according to the results of the health examination, the company may take actions such as reducing working hours for the employee, reassigning the employee’s duties that do not interfere with health maintenance, recommending medical care on leave, or following the doctor’s opinion. The company shall explain the measures to the worker.
  • Employees may not refuse health examinations and measures necessary for health maintenance conducted by the company without justifiable reasons.
  • Details of health management shall follow the "Health Management Standards".
