Health & Safety
Risk
Management
SK Square conducts an annual risk assessment* of its headquarters building to proactively identify hazardous and risk factors and implement necessary improvements and preventive measures. Assessment items are categorized into general, electrical/fire safety, office-specific, and other areas. During the pre-assessment phase, employee feedback is collected to reflect potential risks that may arise in actual work environments. A robust response system is in place to ensure prompt action in the event of an accident. In addition, SK Square regularly conducts emergency response drills for all employees to raise awareness of workplace safety and reinforce preparedness.

Employee
Health Management
SK Square operates welfare programs to prevent occupational diseases and improve employee health through physical and mental care. In particular, we identify potential risks for office workers, provide regular health checkups, mental health care, and musculoskeletal disease prevention programs, taking into account the working characteristics of employees who work long hours on desk. Members' health and safety performance is managed by reflecting the overall executive compensation through the company-wide ESG KPIs.
